Version 1 announced plans to acquire CreateFuture, an AI-native consultancy that employs about 550 people. The proposed transaction would produce a combined company of roughly 4,250 employees and annual revenues above €500 million, subject to regulatory approval. The firms did not disclose financial terms.

Version 1 described the acquisition as a move to expand its AI-led services and extend its market reach across regulated industries and public sector clients. The company framed the transaction as part of a strategy to scale AI-driven digital transformation programs in compliance-focused environments.

CreateFuture, founded in 2010, describes itself as practitioner-led and AI-native. It serves large enterprise clients in sectors including iGaming, financial services and utilities and has developed specialist capabilities for highly regulated markets.

Version 1 expects the combined organization to offer deeper domain expertise and greater delivery capacity as demand for digital transformation continues in regulated markets.

Roop Singh, Version 1’s chief executive, called the deal ‘a strong strategic fit’, noting that CreateFuture brings ‘high-calibre talent, deep client relationships and sector expertise that directly complements our own.’

Version 1 confirmed CreateFuture’s leadership team will remain in place and continue to lead existing teams and client engagements. Euan Andrews, CreateFuture’s founder, described the partnership as one that will ‘accelerate the company’s growth ambitions’ while preserving the firm’s culture.

Both companies highlighted a focus on delivering AI-driven solutions in regulated settings across public and private sectors. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval; the firms did not provide a timetable or disclose the purchase price.
