TD Synnex launches white-label cloud stores in UK, Ireland

TD Synnex launches StreamOne White Label Storefronts in the UK and Ireland, letting partners build branded cloud marketplaces where customers can buy, provision and manage cloud services.

TD Synnex has launched StreamOne White Label Storefronts for partners across the UK and Ireland. The service runs on the distributor’s StreamOne Ion aggregation platform and enables channel firms to create branded cloud marketplaces where customers can purchase, provision and manage cloud services directly.

Partners can register storefronts with their own web addresses, select which vendors and solutions each customer group can access, and control subscription growth. The platform supports multiple storefronts for different customer segments and requires multi-factor authentication to protect access.

The platform includes commerce and lifecycle tools that trigger cross-sell and upsell suggestions during provisioning and renewal; TD Synnex expects these prompts to raise average order values.

Technical and operational controls let partners limit which solutions appear in each storefront, set subscription limits and enforce security policies. TD Synnex positions the storefronts as a way for resellers to keep control of branding, pricing and customer relationships while using StreamOne for backend aggregation and support.

Partners can work with TD Synnex’s cloud team to configure storefronts to their requirements. Training will be available through the TD Synnex Channel Academy, and the distributor will provide customer-facing marketing materials to support adoption.

Simon Bennett, managing director of advanced solutions for TD Synnex UK and Ireland, described the storefronts as offering customers ‘convenience, speed and self-service control.’ He added that partners could scale their cloud services and pursue greater recurring revenue.

TD Synnex described the launch as a response to channel demand for digital self-service purchasing and partner-managed marketplaces that keep pricing and customer relationships with resellers.
