Salesforce merges UK HQ and AI Centre at Devonshire Square
Salesforce moved its AI Centre from the Blue Fin Building to Devonshire Square at Salesforce Tower, uniting its UK headquarters and AI operations on one London campus.
Salesforce has relocated its AI Centre from the Blue Fin Building in Southwark to Devonshire Square at Salesforce Tower, bringing its UK headquarters and AI operations together in a single London campus. The company said the consolidated site will offer spaces for learning, collaboration and hands-on demonstrations of agentic AI for businesses, startups and public-sector organisations.
The Devonshire Square campus includes a learning lab, collaboration zones and an immersive AI theatre designed to present interactive demonstrations of AI agents addressing real business problems. Salesforce expects more than 5,000 visitors to use the space this year.
The move follows the opening of Salesforce’s first AI Centre in 2024 and forms part of a planned $6 billion investment in the UK over five years. Salesforce said the site will support upskilling and direct engagement with customers, partners and public organisations.
Zahra Bahrololoumi, chief executive of Salesforce UK & Ireland, said, “Agentic AI has moved beyond pilots to large-scale deployment, where entire ecosystems of agents are transforming every function of business.” She said locating the AI Centre alongside the UK headquarters will let businesses, communities and future talent see and build confidence with the technology.
Relina Bulchandani, executive vice president for real estate and workplace services at Salesforce, added that the campus’ immersive experiences and collaboration areas aim to give visitors practical skills to apply agentic AI in their organisations.
The site is open to companies in the Salesforce Ventures portfolio and other members of the UK AI ecosystem. Salesforce Ventures has invested more than $250 million in UK-based AI firms, including AutoGenAI, Covecta and ElevenLabs, the company said.
Salesforce highlighted that its Agentforce agentic AI platform is deployed by more than 23,000 customers worldwide. Named UK users include Heathrow Airport, Pets at Home, NHS Shared Business Services, the National Trust and several police forces.
Technology Secretary Liz Kendall welcomed the investment, noting that firms such as Salesforce can help equip British businesses, public services and the next generation of workers with tools and skills to take advantage of AI opportunities.
Background: Salesforce opened its first AI Centre in 2024 to support collaboration and training around artificial intelligence. The relocation to Devonshire Square aligns the physical AI hub with the company’s UK headquarters at Salesforce Tower as part of its multi-year UK investment plan.
