Kaseya launches MSP Success growth ecosystem
Kaseya unveiled MSP Success, combining digital marketing, peer collaboration and the Kaseya Community to help MSPs capture leads and grow pipeline.
Kaseya has launched MSP Success, a unified growth ecosystem that brings together its digital marketing services, peer programs and the Kaseya Community. The company says the initiative is intended to help managed service providers improve marketing, capture more leads and expand pipeline.
MSP Success Digital Marketing is a purpose-built platform that offers search engine and answer engine optimization (SEO/AEO), content marketing, email and social campaign support, reputation management, analytics and lead capture tools. Partners who use the platform will also have access to a dedicated marketing success specialist to assist with campaign planning and turning web and social activity into sales opportunities.
Kaseya merged its TruMethods Peer and Technology Marketing Toolkit programs into MSP Success Peer. The combined peer program will run quarterly in-person meetings across North America, EMEA and APAC, along with regular online sessions aimed at building community, accountability and operational best practices for MSPs focused on growth and efficiency.
Kaseya reported that its 2026 State of the MSP Report found 71% of respondents named acquiring new customers as their biggest challenge. Dan Tomaszewski, Kaseya’s executive vice president of channel, commented on the company’s approach, ‘While MSPs excel at technology, many struggle with marketing in a challenging landscape. That’s why we’ve built a team of experienced practitioners, along with the right tools and processes, to help MSPs grow and succeed.’
Kaseya named Jay Dixon director of MSP Success Peer Education. Dixon previously served four years in the vendor’s peer program as a captain, exited his business and has returned to work with peers on scaling operations. Leadership for the MSP Success initiative also includes Greg Jones as senior vice president of MSP Success EMEA and Mike Stodola as vice president of marketing enablement strategy.
Kaseya said the program is supported by a global team of about 140 employees focused on MSP growth trends, AI-driven business enablement and partner community development. The company described MSP Success as a single initiative that consolidates its growth and business acceleration offerings to help MSPs convert marketing activity into measurable pipeline gains while using peer networks for operational improvement.
