The induction recognizes lengthy careers and leadership in custody, post-trade operations and market infrastructure.
The GC Hall of Fame highlights industry professionals with decades of experience who have led major programs and strategic change across securities services.

Her prior roles include managing director and global head of data and digital for securities services at Citi, global head of product for asset servicing at Northern Trust and operational and transformation positions at Lehman Brothers Asset Management and Insight Investment. At HSBC, her remit has included initiatives in digital assets, private markets and expanding custody mandates in emerging markets.
Ben Challice is chief executive of Pirum. His work centers on automating post-trade workflows, preparing for a T+1 settlement environment and evaluating applications of artificial intelligence in post-trade infrastructure. He has more than 25 years of experience, starting in securities lending and equity finance at Goldman Sachs and taking part in the EquiLend design partner group. He held senior roles at Lehman Brothers and Nomura and was global head of trading services at JP Morgan, where he oversaw agency securities finance, collateral management and tri-party businesses. He has served on the Bank of England’s Money Markets Committee.
Vicky Kyproglou is a managing director at UBS and global head of network and market infrastructure. She oversees the firm’s post-trade network and relationships with financial market utilities and central counterparties across business lines. Kyproglou began her career at Paine Webber in the U.S. before its acquisition by UBS and has held senior roles including head of U.S. funding and treasury operations for Wealth Management Americas. She is vice chair of the International Securities Services Association and previously served on the board of the Association for Financial Markets in Europe’s post-trade division.
Bohdana Yefremova is head of GPS at Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine, where she oversees global payments and securities services functions, including custody, clearing and post-trade operations for the Ukrainian market. Global Custodian noted her work supporting continuity and resilience in Ukraine’s securities services during periods of disruption.

The careers of the four inductees reflect industry priorities such as upgrading legacy infrastructure, increasing automation in post-trade operations, preparing for shorter settlement cycles like T+1, expanding services for digital assets and private markets, and strengthening ties with central counterparties and other market utilities.
