Global Custodian will host an Industry Discussion Forum in London on May 14 in the Lincoln Room at the Savoy Hotel (River Entrance). The session will bring together senior custody executives to discuss how custody providers should respond as private markets expand, digital assets see greater adoption, and data, regulation and geopolitics affect market infrastructure.

Confirmed panelists include Chris Rowland, head of custody, digital and fund services at State Street; Sam Cauvain-Welsh, head of core product for global custody at JP Morgan; Phil Brown, CEO of Clearstream Bank; and Sinead McIntosh, managing director and head of revenue for financial institutions at Brown Brothers Harriman. Chris Lemmon, editor at Global Custodian, will moderate the discussion.

The forum agenda covers the rise of private markets, digital assets, the use of data as a strategic asset, regulatory acceleration and geopolitical impacts on securities services. The panel will examine whether these trends pose existential challenges or present strategic opportunities for custody firms.

Registration opens at 4:30 p.m. and the event is open to Global Custodian readers. The session is part of Global Custodian’s Industry Discussion Forum series, held in partnership with Deutsche Bank, and will be followed by Global Custodian’s Hall of Fame awards to induct the newest GC Legends. Registration details are available from Global Custodian.
