Bitget Prints Resumes on Pizza Boxes for Web3 Hiring
Bitget marked Blockchain4Youth’s third anniversary by printing resumes on pizza boxes and delivering them to Web3 firms on Bitcoin Pizza Day.
Bitget launched Boxed for Opportunity on Bitcoin Pizza Day to mark the third anniversary of its Blockchain4Youth program. The campaign reproduces selected resumes and portfolios on branded pizza boxes and delivers them to Web3 companies, partners and industry stakeholders across key regions.
Applicants submit contact details, preferred regions and portfolio samples online. Organizers will select candidates whose materials are printed on the boxes for physical delivery and will work with regional influencers for social amplification.
Bitget described the campaign as a shift in focus for Blockchain4Youth from general education to concrete career pathways. The campaign was announced alongside the Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub, a program for teenagers that offers professional recognition, guided learning and career support.
The initiative’s Talent Alliance gives participants priority access to opportunities and exposure with partner organizations. Bitget stated that the campaign will distribute selected resumes to ecosystem partners and Web3 firms for direct consideration and potential hiring.
Since launching, Blockchain4Youth has engaged more than 15,000 participants, partnered with over 70 universities and run more than 100 campus activations, Bitget reported.
Bitget describes itself as the world’s largest Universal Exchange, reporting more than 125 million users and access to a range of tokenized assets and financial products. The company has partnerships with sports organizations and has pledged with UNICEF to support blockchain learning for 1.1 million people by 2027.
Ignacio Aguirre Franco, Bitget’s chief marketing officer, commented, “The future of Web3 will be shaped by the people we empower today. Through Blockchain4Youth, we are building pathways for young talent to learn, prove themselves, and connect with the ecosystems where they can contribute.”
Applicants can submit materials online for consideration. Selected individuals will receive social amplification and physical delivery of their resumes to potential employers.
