Panasonic Toughbook launches Elevate partner program in Europe

Panasonic Toughbook launched Elevate in Europe, a partner program with three reseller tiers, deal registration, a certified ISV track, expanded training and performance-based incentives.
Panasonic Toughbook has launched Elevate across Europe. The program establishes three reseller tiers — Authorized, Expert and Elite — and introduces a deal registration system, a distributor framework, a certified ISV track, expanded training and performance-based financial incentives for resellers and distributors.
Panasonic described Elevate as part of a channel-first strategy intended to give partners clearer commercial terms and tools for growth. The deal registration system is designed to improve pricing clarity and give partners access to premium discounts on registered opportunities.
Partners can advance through the three tiers as they meet program requirements and sales targets. Elite-tier partners receive additional support including annual business planning, quarterly performance reviews, recruitment incentives and rebates tied to revenue targets.
The distributor framework formalizes commercial relationships with distributors. The certified ISV track recognises independent software vendors that develop or integrate applications for Toughbook devices.
Panasonic expanded partner enablement with a training platform called Basecamp. The platform provides learning pathways on rugged mobility fundamentals, sales techniques and technical skills. Partners can earn certifications and digital badges after completing courses.
The company linked the Elevate launch to its 30th anniversary and recent investments. Those investments include opening Service and Solutions Centres in Cardiff and Budapest, introducing a Mobile-IT-As-A-Service full-lifecycle offering and rolling out new AI-enabled Toughbook devices.
Damien Fernandez, European partner and channel manager at Panasonic TOUGHBOOK, described Elevate as providing “the commercial structure, predictability, and financial incentives they need to build their business with confidence.” He added that the program gives partners “the stability to plan, invest, and grow.”
Panasonic stated the program is available to partners across Europe and that full participation requirements, benefits and registration details are published on its partner portal.
