Tapbit adds CertiK monitoring to Proof of Reserves

Tapbit has integrated CertiK’s real-time infrastructure monitoring into its Proof of Reserves framework. The company announced the integration after an independent security assessment in August 2025 found no critical or high-risk vulnerabilities.

The August assessment examined Tapbit’s mobile, web and backend systems. Testing methods included dynamic testing, manual code review and simulated attack scenarios. CertiK’s report listed findings at medium, low and informational levels and did not identify any critical or high-risk issues. Tapbit described the assessment as part of an ongoing security evaluation rather than a one-time certification.

Tapbit stated the real-time monitoring will work alongside its cryptographic Proof of Reserves mechanisms. Proof of Reserves allows external parties to verify reserve data and transaction records through third-party platforms, reducing reliance on internal disclosures.

CertiK is a blockchain security firm that provides smart contract audits, formal verification and continuous security monitoring. Tapbit launched in 2021 and offers cryptocurrency derivatives, spot and copy trading in more than 190 regions. The company’s public materials describe a platform built with layered risk controls and system optimization.

Milton Cogo, Tapbit’s CEO, stated: “Trust in today’s market must be grounded in continuous verifiability, not merely assumed goodwill.” He added that integrating CertiK’s security validation with Tapbit’s Proof of Reserves supports the company’s institutional-grade architecture and operational integrity.

Tapbit stated the integration is intended to meet institutional demand for independently verifiable platform data and real-time risk visibility. The company said updates on product developments and platform initiatives will be published through its official communication channels.
