CertiK and Immunefi will host an invitation-only sunset gathering for blockchain security in Miami Beach on May 5, 2026, timed to coincide with the Consensus conference. The event will run from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and take place minutes from the Miami Beach Convention Center; organizers will share the exact waterfront venue with approved guests.
The private event is organized with Crystal Intelligence, BeInCrypto and Pharos. Organizers say it will convene founders, senior security researchers, institutional executives and engineering teams working on secure on-chain financial systems. Attendance is limited and subject to approval; guests can request access through the event’s official RSVP page.
A central feature will be a panel on trust, transparency and resilience in modern Web3 systems. Panelists listed by organizers include Ronghui Gu, founder and CEO of CertiK; Mitchell Amador, founder and CEO of Immunefi; and Dominic Schaffer, vice president of growth, North America, at Crystal Intelligence. Jackson Hinkle will moderate the discussion, which organizers say will examine the role of security and intelligence in expanding decentralized finance, payments and institutional blockchain use.
Organizers describe the evening as a focused networking opportunity aimed at connecting attendees with the whitehat researcher community. They note those researchers have helped secure billions of dollars in user assets. The setting will feature waterfront dining, cocktails and event swag.
CertiK, founded in 2017 and headquartered in New York, provides security services across the development lifecycle, including formal verification, penetration testing and code audits. Immunefi is a co-host alongside Crystal Intelligence, BeInCrypto and Pharos; representatives from those organizations are expected to attend.
The event is positioned as an off-site for Consensus participants and other approved invitees who work on production-ready blockchain infrastructure. Organizers say limited capacity and approval-based entry are intended to maintain a technical focus, and further venue and guest-list details will be provided to approved registrants.
